What problem are we solving?

Many real estate platforms (Booking.com, Airbnb, OLX, Property Finder, etc.) don't provide public APIs for property listing uploads, forcing property managers/owners to manually enter the same data again and again on each platform — a process that is:

1. AI Data Ingestion (OCR + LLM)

Users upload property info in any format:

AI models (OpenAI/Claude) perform OCR + semantic extraction → generate clean standardized JSON property records.

We use structured prompts to guarantee strict normalized output.

2. Automation Engine (OpenClaw-based)

Instead of relying on APIs (which many major listing sites don't offer), we use a Chrome automation integration (OpenClaw or in-house extension) that:

Logs into listing portals
Fills forms automatically
Uploads images & metadata
Handles multi-step flows

This means we can automate any site UI, including sites like Booking.com that don't offer APIs.

3. Scheduling + Calendar Sync

We extend the flow to smart calendar sync so that availability data is automatically exported to:

Google Calendar
ICS compatible calendars
Personal reminders

This alleviates the need for manual calendar updates and reduces double bookings.

4. Multi-Interface Access

We support multiple ways for users to interact:

Web Dashboard (Angular)
Clean UI for uploading documents, previewing parsed data, and tracking publish status.

WhatsApp Bot Integration
Simple, non-technical interface where users send a file and get confirmation back via chat.
